The iCAN Junior Triathlon Club is a fun, friendly, and encouraging community of youth between the ages of 7 and 19. Here we introduce and teach the skills of triathlon. Athletes come in all sizes, ages, and skill level. Some participants may be experienced youth and junior triathletes while some are participating in sport of triathlon for the first time.  We create a safe, fun, and encouraging team environment, in which athletes develop and master the skills necessary to enjoy the sport of triathlon. Triathletes train to their age appropriate developmental stage, current conditioning, experience, and skill level, to accomplish their individual goals.

The triathlon is the platform we use for character development, training, teaching and encouraging athletes to develop an “I CAN” attitude coupled with confidence, patience and determination which are the cornerstones to life’s successes.

Programs

We have several programs designed to teach athletes the skills necessary to successfully perform in the sport of triathlon, and help them develop healthy lifestyles along the way. Join our club and be part of  the youth and junior triathlon movement.
